Trattoria le Mossacce was founded in 1925 as a fiaschetteria, later transforming into a trattoria to satisfy the increasingly insistent demand for good food and wine. Since 1925, only four managements have followed, and always with a change of hands between owners and employees.
Today it is the turn of Fabio, Francesco and Lorenzo who, after many years as employees, have taken over Trattoria Le Mossacce, confirming that tradition in the typical dishes of Florentine cuisine and in the attentive but informal service, as a true trattoria wants.
